My sister needed help to find an assisted living community on short notice recently when she was getting discharged from an acute care facility. My niece and I came from out of town to help her and were unfamiliar with where to look. Bill Thompson was recommended by my sister's primary care physician to assist us. From our first phone call we knew we were in good hands. Bill took his time and listened to our concerns and needs. He set up appointments at multiple facilities and accompanied us to each one, providing insights and information. Bill was patient and kind. By the way, this is a real review, Bill did this for our family and helped us find a community that “fits” my mother and she is very happy and content. Unfortunately, we had a fast turn around to find assisted living for my Mother.  The rehab facility she was in recommended Mr. Thompson to help with our needs.  We met beginning of week and discussed what we were looking for and shared some info about Mom.  By the end of the week we were given 3 places and Mr. Thompson set up tours for all the next week.  He met with us at each place and we discussed the pros/cons.  We chose a place and moved her in same week.  Mr. Thompson made this process easier and we are grateful for that!
